  Very clean. Lots for the kids to do and big kids in the new water park. Loved that you are not parked close together. Dump point clean. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

  Phil & Glenda are the most lovely hosts. Fair but hard. Caring but not interfering. The team they have around them are also very nice to deal with. Everyone here has been fair and pleasant. Which is a far cry from the last place I stayed at.

  It doesn't stink of raw sewerage. When I was looking at this place on the net while I was still in Alice Springs, this claim of raw sewerage smell put me off Woodlands. It shouldn't have because it, the smell of sewerage, is non-existent.
