  Waited more than two hours after calling back a number of times to ask about where our order was. Called and spoke to the manager who continued to blame the business of the business but offered no real compensation for our two hour wait. Very disappointed with this service.

  Pathetic customer service from the owner who didn't even know how to refund on the EFTPOS machine... I'll go to Rajas next time as I wont be spending anymore money at Masala

  I suggest you order atleast 3 hours before you have your meal. The wait times are not even funny. Food is not bad thou.

  Not sure why there are poor reviews before... We have eaten here lots of times and always enjoyed it. The service is friendly, prices are reasonable and the food tastes great.

  Absolute rubbish. ordered an hour in advance, only to be told when I arrived that my naan breads weren't ready and there was a wait. I asked again about 20 minutes later how the naan were going? The guy working the counter then informed me that he had given my order to someone else... Congratulations you morons, you totally stuffed up my wifes mothers day dinner...

  The food once you get it is tasty. Although quality goes up and down over time it seems, (there does appear to be less meat and more juice lately) the food is generally great and good serving sizes for the money.

  I would recommend you always order in advance (25-45 minutes). To the owners, I would suggest to get rid of the annoying door chime sensor at the counter that goes off constantly, so when you have customers waiting they aren't subjected to the constant chimes as people mill about the counter.
