  7.40pm on 17th August, 2017. Waited over 10 mins for a BBQ Smokey Angus burger. Was served a completely blackened, burnt to a rock burger pattie. Its the worst food i have ever seen, and was so disgusted they served it in burger to a paying customer. I have photos of how bad this was and would have liked to share.

  I've had drive through from here a number of times. They are generally quick and accurate. Was a bit devastated when they stopped being a 24 hour store but I guess the demand wasn't there to justify it.

  The food is generally pretty good but they can be pretty slow at times

  Every single time I go here i have to wait this is the worst HJ in townsville AVOID going there if you don't want to be pissed off. And the food is assembled like it's thrown together and the chips were disgusting, old and cold P.S - change your oil

  'Rachael' the manager was rude and slammed the drive through wimdow closed after service because I asked her for a receipt. Request for the receipt was because after asking if I wanted Paywave, I said no it was a Savings account. Surprise, surprise.... payment was put through on Paywave.
