  Great food, great prices but ordering on the phone is akin to asking them for their first born.. best bet is to go in to the shop and order. Work on the customer service guys!

  I get that change of ownership happens, but it really seems they could have done with some basic on-boarding/handover period, maybe a good 4-6 weeks working with the old owners to see how things are done. It seems the new lot have next to no experience in the industry, and as a result are hemorrhaging their once loyal customer base.

  Ordered a burger with no cheese due to intolerance They still put grated cheese on a hot piece of meat then tried to take it off. Due t it being hot it’s melted. Didn’t replace

  Our family has been going here for over a decade, always had great value and delicious food. Sadly with the change of ownership, both of those factors have taken a massive nosedive.
