  Pizza was delivered 15 minutes late. The pizza itself was shining from the shear amount of oil. The dough was rubbery, uncut and by the time we received the pizza, it was cold. Literally the worst pizza shop in town.

  The Franchisee needs to step up and assist the managers to take control during peak periods. Staff don't deserve to be abused because there isn't enough of them or they aren't trainee properly, but it will continue to happen until the problems are fixed.

  There has not been a time we have ordered that there has not been an issue either with the timelines of an order or the accuracy of the order.

  Took two days before I got a call for the refund and no response yet from a requested call back from the franchisee.

  Our last experience was an hour past the time for pickup requested online order was made for before we gave up.

  As a side note, if you call (not online) on Tuesdays and order a pickup delivery, I believe the pizzas are 50% off.

  Update: Pizza hut responded and my household was personally contacted by the store manager. He is new to the role but has shown fantastic initiative in trying to change the direction of the store (in a positive way). I am interested to see the direction this store as the new manager gets more comfortable in his new role. Customer service appears to be his priority.
